UK Delivery Service
For our UK customers a Tracked DHL delivery service is free on all orders.
All orders are dispatched the next working day following the date your order is placed.
We offer Special Next Day and Saturday Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm services. Orders placed by 11am will be dispatched same day for delivery the next working day. Orders placed past 11am will be dispatched the next working day.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging our receipt, followed by an email from Royal Mail advising you when your parcel will be delivered – this email will include your personal tracking number so you can check on your parcel while it’s on its journey to you.
International Delivery Service
We deliver worldwide for just £6.00 on all orders over £45. All our internationally shipped items are sent using Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed services.
For all orders under £45.00 shipping fees are £9.00.
Estimated delivery times to Western Europe are 2-5 working days, Eastern Europe 3-5 working days and rest of the world within 5-7 days.
All internationally shipped items are subject to potential customs fees. Please be aware we are not liable for any charges levied or any delay custom checks may cause.
Important Delivery Information
Our delivery time starts from the moment your order is accepted. This includes a 24 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse.
If for any reason you wish to return your purchase, we gladly offer a 14-day returns policy on all products, provided they are returned in their original packaging, in an unopened and unused condition. Please contact our customer care team on email@example.com within 14 days of receipt of your order and we will get this sorted for you.
Please be aware that due to the nature of this product and hygiene regulations we cannot offer a refund, replacement or exchange unless it is returned unopened, unused and in its original packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
All products must be returned in their original packaging within 14 days of communication with our team confirming the returns procedure.
We will endeavour to process your return on the day we receive your parcel however under some circumstances this could take up to 10 working days. Once your return is inspected and accepted we will send you an email confirming your refund.
Your refund will be credited to the original payment method or as store credit to your Good Night Health account. This can take up to 5 working days to appear in your account. We regret that we do not cover return shipping costs and advise a tracked service as we are not responsible for any items that may go missing in the post.
We can only exchange items that are unopened, unused and in their original packaging. Please be aware that due to the nature of our hair care products and hygiene regulations we cannot offer a refund, replacement or exchange on our products unless they are unopened, unused and in their original packaging. If you require an exchange please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receipt of your item and our customer care team will advise you on how to make your exchange.
Can I amend/cancel my order?
We can not currently amend/cancel any orders. If you decide you would like to return or exchange an item, please read our Returns and Exchange Policies above.
